📋 Description

• Visit care homes and retirement villages across the UK • Write detailed visit reports • Provide operational insight covering regulatory compliance and service quality • Produce clear written reports for the Quality Assurance team • Track CQC reports or equivalent regulator inspection outcomes • Review and analyse regulatory reports and feed findings back to relevant teams • Support educational days and networking events • Attend sector conferences to keep up with best practice • Report to the Clinical Assurance Director • Work with colleagues across Octopus Capital, providing healthcare and regulatory expertise

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a social care nurse or practitioner • Confidence carrying out site visits on your own and reporting back on what you find • Excellent written and verbal communication, and comfort presenting findings to internal and external stakeholders • Skill in building and managing working relationships • Ease with technology, digital applications and media platforms • A full UK driving licence, and willingness to travel nationally, including overnight stays • Experience at clinical lead, deputy manager level or equivalent (desirable) • Experience delivering sessions or workshops at educational and networking events (desirable) • Experience advising colleagues on regulatory or healthcare sector matters (desirable)
