📋 Description

• Support existing client trade workflows and onboard new client funds and trade workflows • Support client permission models and roles • Configure and support application layouts • Troubleshoot daily support issues • Document and develop enhanced support processes for trade workflows, trading templates, and application permission matrices • Ensure application layout consistency across Sky Road modules and clients • Communicate and escalate issues to the development team • Coordinate with project managers on new client onboarding • Assist with client onboarding configuration and testing • Support Sky Road clients and effectively communicate with them • Document trade workflows, trading templates, and permission role models • Own application layout consistency across all Sky Road clients

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working in a support capacity • Experience with Trade and Order Management systems or workflows • Understanding of core financial data domains, including issuers, instruments, industries, ratings, and pricing of financial products • Strong Excel skills, including the ability to join, pivot, and summarize data • Ability to troubleshoot support issues • Attention to detail • Experience working in a team environment • Understanding of Portfolio Management, Compliance, and Security Master systems (desired) • Experience with vendor software product support (desired)
