📋 Description

• Lead solution discovery and technical design across multiple Salesforce clouds and implementations • Translate complex business requirements into scalable, maintainable Salesforce solutions • Guide discovery, lead design sessions, and facilitate stakeholder alignment through successful completion of projects • Oversee and participate in build work and quality assurance • Work as part of a project team alongside both internal and external clients • Mentor internal team members and contribute to the technical standards and best practices • Demonstrate genuine passion for Salesforce solutions and fostering team collaboration

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience • 5+ years of Salesforce experience, including implementation experience with at least one Salesforce Industry Cloud, preferably Health Cloud • Proven success in client facing roles such as a Solution Architect, Technical Lead or Senior Consultant • Strong grasp of Salesforce architecture, configuration, automation (Flows) and integration best practices • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Excellent communication skills and ability to present technical concepts to business stakeholders • Ability to work across disciplines and adapt to unfamiliar technologies or business processes
