📋 Description

• Oversee ancillary sidework projects (gutters, windows, siding, fencing, interior work) outside core roofing services. • Monitor AccuLynx for sidework requests, review scopes for completeness, and solicit and present subcontractor bids. • Coordinate with the Roofing Production Manager to align timelines and with consultants, subcontractors, and the Director of Operations. • Schedule installations, assign labor tickets, manage multi-trade projects, and handle rescheduling due to delays (weather, homeowner issues). • Track project completion and quality, document subcontractor pricing trends, and provide sidework reports with actionable insights for management. • Drive operational excellence to support company growth and efficient bidding, scheduling, and execution.

🎯 Requirements

• Prior experience in project coordination (required) or construction-related scheduling (a plus). • High personal capacity, initiative, and ability to move projects forward with minimal hand-holding. • Comfortable troubleshooting scheduling, weather, and homeowner issues and proposing proactive solutions. • Open to feedback, eager to learn, and adaptable to new processes and tools. • Clear, professional written and verbal communication with subcontractors, homeowners, and internal managers. • Ability to learn and use AccuLynx and other project management tools; proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office. • Organized and detail-oriented; capable of reviewing scopes and documentation for completeness. • Dependable, accountable, and motivated to deliver excellence across multiple concurrent projects. • Roofing-specific knowledge not required.
