📋 Description

• Managing B2B customers: preparing quotes, contract management, and order processing • Coordinating with internal stakeholders for international B2B customers • Proactively nurturing relationships and identifying development and upselling opportunities • Supporting customer service during the onboarding period • Handling B2C customer inquiries and complaints via email, chat, and phone • Collaborating on customer success initiatives and stories in cooperation with marketing • Acting as deputy and taking on team responsibilities • Acting as an interface between B2B customers, the team, and company management • Contributing to the development of the B2B business and the optimization of internal processes

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or customer service • Ideally, experience in the office furniture industry or e-commerce • Strong communication skills • Strong negotiation skills • Ability to stay organized and maintain oversight of complex quotations/offers • Efficient working style and ability to handle pressure • Precise and organized work approach • High digital affinity • Knowledge of French is a significant advantage
