📋 Description

• Support clients in implementing fire strategy requirements during construction • Support remediation of external walls • Work alongside experienced engineers across the business • Support project delivery across a wide range of projects • Develop technical and professional fire engineering skills through structured training and project-based learning • Study fire science topics including flame spread, people movement and toxicity • Participate in professional-skills development including presentation, negotiation, time management and confidence • Contribute to research and collaborations with universities, industry partners and government bodies • Participate in fire modelling and large-scale fire testing research • Build client relationships and contribute to successful project delivery • Attend in-person development sessions and the annual company retreat

🎯 Requirements

• Working towards or recently completed a degree in a relevant discipline • Relevant STEM background; fire, civil, mechanical, aeronautical engineering, surveying or mathematics welcomed • Curiosity, motivation and willingness to apply skills to fire safety • Ability to communicate ideas clearly verbally and in writing • Problem-solving ability and openness to feedback • Commitment to self-development and enthusiasm for building knowledge and skills • Client-focused approach • Ability to work collaboratively in teams • Right to work in the UK; offers are conditional upon receiving relevant UK work authorization • Candidates requiring a Certificate of Sponsorship from a Skilled Worker visa may apply, subject to UKVI approval
