📋 Description

• Handle inbound calls via OpenPhone and respond promptly and professionally. • Manage and reply to messages received through WhatsApp, Meta, and TikTok. • Engage with potential clients who reach out through online forms, ensuring timely follow-up. • Conduct preliminary consultations with prospective clients to gather essential case information. • Accurately assess client needs and direct them to the appropriate legal department (e.g., asylum, business immigration, family-based, litigation). • Assist with the sale and processing of Change of Status, F1, and B1/B2 visa applications as needed. • Maintain accurate records of client communications and consultations.

🎯 Requirements

• Prior experience in client intake, customer service, or a legal environment preferred. • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus). • Ability to manage multiple communication platforms efficiently. • Professional, empathetic, and client-focused approach. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
