📋 Description

• 负责高潜力客户业务的策略制定与团队管理，包括目标拆解、策略规划、团队搭建与辅导、重点客户攻坚等。 • 推动资源协调（产品资源、预算协调等），确保重点项目优先推进。 • 通过辅导与培训提升团队成员对 Web3 产品、金融知识与销售能力的综合水平。 • 建立高效的销售管理机制（如 Pipeline 管理、客户分层策略、节奏管理等），确保团队执行到位。 • 通过数据分析与一线反馈，形成对市场趋势、客户行为和竞品策略的洞察。 • 与产品、市场等团队紧密协作，为决策层提供业务建议和策略输入。 • 搭建并持续优化高潜力客户运营方法论与流程体系（如客户分层模型、拜访 SOP、激励政策、风险管理等）。

🎯 Requirements

• 至少 3 年及以上 Web3 行业经验，有金融或互联网/Fintech 行业 BD / 高潜力客户 / RM 相关经验优先，对金融市场、交易结构、风险控制有扎实理解；有银行、券商、自营交易机构、对冲基金等背景者优先； • 有带领高潜力客户团队或销售团队的成功经验（带队 3–10 人或以上），可提供可量化的业绩案例； • 强目标感与方向感：能够在不确定的行业环境下给出清晰业务方向，并有效传递给团队。 • 深度行业洞察：对 web3 行业发展趋势、监管环境、机构参与模式、主流产品形态有系统认知。 • 团队领导力：擅长设定清晰目标、激励团队、推动执行。 • 强 KPI & 结果导向：习惯以数据说话，擅长通过指标体系管理业务与团队。 • 能够熟练使用中英文双语开展工作（听说读写），包含对内沟通、跨国团队协作； • 本科及以上学历，金融、经济、数学、计算机、工商管理等相关专业优先。
