• Review closing documents and commitments provided by closing group/agents for completeness and accuracy. • Type and/or review all products offered within the department (various types of final policies, replacement policies and servicing policies). • Ability to manage work queues and keep policies delivered to customers within client service level agreements. • Monitor files for completeness of lien clearance package, recognizing missing items. • Monitor files for receipt of funds prior to issuing policy. • Handle general internal customer inquiries without assistance in a timely manner as presented through direct email or group managed email box. • Resolve problem files in a timely manner or elevate to appropriate manager or risk management. • Ability to understand and run various reports for clients to keep flow of orders moving and removing aged open orders. • Consistently meet and/or exceed minimum production goals set for the position. • Communicate with coworkers, management, clients and others in a courteous and professional manner. • Must be personable, positive and a professional representative of the Company. • Regular consistent attendance is required. • Ability to accept supervision. • Ability to foster, develop and maintain professional and collaborative working relationships. • Must be able to get along with others, i.e., peers, supervisors, outside customers, and vendors. • Ability to interact effectively and professionally with all levels of management, employees and customers by email, phone and in person. • Ability to work overtime as requested and approved by supervisor. • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
• MUST HAVE POLICY TYPIST EXPERIENCE IN KENTUCKY, OHIO, WEST VIRGINIA & MICHIGAN • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook. • Strong working knowledge of title information, easements, leases, legal descriptions, vesting issues, legal terminology and documents.
