📋 Description

• Conduct discovery and analysis activities, including workshops and stakeholder interviews, to capture requirements • Document the as-is position, including current governance processes, digital capabilities, and organisational readiness • Work with stakeholders to define the to-be state, highlighting opportunities for improvement and integration • Produce process maps, data flows, and gap analyses to support the development of governance and adoption models • Assist in the creation of a framework for prioritising AI opportunities, ensuring alignment with business priorities • Analyse and document capability gaps in skills, technology, and governance readiness, producing recommendations • Support the design of toolkits and templates, ensuring they are practical and meet identified requirements • Collaborate with delivery and governance leads to ensure outputs are consistent, testable, and measurable • Contribute to final documentation and knowledge transfer activities

🎯 Requirements

• Strong track record as a Business Analyst in digital, data, or technology projects • Skilled in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation • Experience working across discovery and design phases in multidisciplinary teams • Ability to analyse complex problems and present clear, actionable recommendations • Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills • Familiarity with governance, compliance, or AI-related programmes (desirable) • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
