• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews, ensuring teams stay focused on goals and delivery outcomes. • Remove blockers and manage dependencies to help teams maintain steady progress. • Support the Product Manager and Delivery Manager in prioritising and managing the backlog. • Promote agile best practices and help teams continuously improve processes and collaboration. • Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and open communication across teams and stakeholders. • Monitor delivery progress and provide accurate reporting on sprint outcomes, risks, and dependencies. • Coach team members on agile methodologies and support the adoption of agile values across the organisation. • Ensure delivery aligns with organisational objectives, quality standards, and user needs. • Facilitate workshops, sprint reviews, and cross-team sessions to build understanding and alignment.
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead within digital, data, or technology programmes. • Strong understanding of agile principles, frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Lean), and delivery lifecycle management. • Skilled at facilitating meetings and workshops, with a collaborative and proactive approach. • Excellent communicator, able to manage stakeholders and influence at all levels. • Experience supporting multidisciplinary teams in agile or hybrid delivery environments. • Ability to identify and remove delivery obstacles while maintaining team morale and momentum. • A continuous improvement mindset with experience using metrics and feedback to enhance performance. • Familiarity with public sector or large-scale transformation projects is desirable but not essential.
