⢠Lead user research activities across the full project lifecycle ⢠Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative research ⢠Identify and recruit representative users ⢠Analyse research findings and translate them into clear recommendations ⢠Work collaboratively with designers and stakeholders ⢠Create and maintain user personas and journey maps ⢠Advocate for user-centred design and accessibility ⢠Ensure all research activities adhere to ethical standards.
đŻ Requirements
⢠Proven experience conducting user research within multi-disciplinary digital delivery teams ⢠Strong knowledge of user-centred design principles ⢠Experience selecting and applying appropriate research methods ⢠Ability to analyse complex qualitative and quantitative data ⢠Familiarity with iterative, agile, or scaled agile delivery methodologies ⢠Strong communication and facilitation skills ⢠Experience mapping user journeys, service processes, and behavioural patterns ⢠Ability to work independently and manage multiple research activities simultaneously.
