📋 Description

• Direct Enterprise Sales (Active Hunting) • Own the end-to-end direct sales cycle for Tier-1 and Tier-2 retail chains. • From highly targeted prospecting and C-suite pitching to complex contract negotiation and closing, you are responsible for driving SaaS revenue and hitting aggressive quotas. • This includes pitching to CMOs and Category Managers on critical value drivers. • Strategic Co-Selling leveraging alliances with legacy hardware giants. • Channel & Service Alignment working seamlessly with the Channel Partnership Manager Europe. • Commercial Rigor & Forecasting maintaining impeccable pipeline hygiene within HubSpot. • Market Feedback Loop acting as the vanguard for market intelligence.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of elite, quota-crushing direct sales experience in B2B SaaS, retail technology, or supply chain software. • Proven track record of hunting and closing complex, multi-million Euro deals with Tier-1 retailers in the UK, DACH, Benelux, or Nordic regions. • Deep understanding of how to navigate massive retail buying committees, specifically targeting CIOs, CTOs, CMOs, and VPs of Store Operations. • Demonstrated ability to execute a hybrid sales model: closing directly while utilizing channel partners for service delivery and strategic hardware partners for account entry. • Fluency in English is mandatory; professional fluency in German, Dutch, Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian is a highly strategic advantage.
