📋 Description

• Perform end-to-end payroll processing for employees in Canada ensuring accuracy and timeliness • Ensure compliance with local payroll regulations and company policies • Collect and verify payroll data from various sources, including timekeeping systems, garnishment, and HR records • Maintain accurate payroll records and employee information • Generate payroll reports for internal use and external audits • Analyze payroll data to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly • Provide insights and recommendations based on payroll data analysis • Ensure all payroll activities comply with legal requirements and company policies • Prepare and maintain accurate payroll documentation and records for auditing purposes • Respond to payroll-related inquiries from employees, management, and internal business partners • Resolve payroll issues and discrepancies in a timely and professional manner

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years payroll processing experience • Experience with reporting and analysis software • Must have experience with ADP Celergo & Workday (preferred) • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience
