📋 Description

• Serve as the primary contact for customers, agents, and clients in the US and Canada • Answer insurance-related account questions by phone and/or web through inbound and outbound calls • Follow up to ensure information accuracy, timely responses, and resolution of outstanding customer issues • Assist customers with problem resolution and ensure insurance requirements are met • Verify and enter correct information into the computer using company guidelines • Process policies and related documents through the appropriate processing system • Provide assistance to other departments when workload dictates • Achieve departmental productivity and accuracy standards • Maintain security and confidentiality of facility, computer systems, programs, customer information, and client information

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required • At least six months of customer service-related experience • Fluent in English and French, including speaking, spelling, and grammar • Must reside within a 50-mile radius of one of the employer’s office locations • Must reside in and be authorized to work in the United States • Available to work one of the listed schedules, including Central Time hours
