• Monitor, manage, and report activity and production output for all Account Executives to ensure annual sales goals are met or exceed. • Provide hands-on leadership, coaching, and performance feedback to Account Executives; establish clear performance goals, conduct regular evaluations, and deliver ongoing training and development opportunities. • Review and approve time-off requests, bi-weekly timecards, and performance appraisals; implement corrective actions as needed. • Collaborate with IT and internal departments to define user requirements, test and implement system enhancements, monitor system performance, and identify and resolve issues. • Represent Pearl Insurance at trade shows, conventions, and conferences as needed. • Coordinate with Marketing to create and distribute new targeted marketing campaigns. • Partner with executive leadership to coordinate and execute sales contests, business initiatives, and performance strategies. • Maintain current knowledge of insurance industry trends, products, and best practices through continued education, networking, and professional development activities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Active Property & Casualty insurance license required. • Minimum 3 years of professional liability and/or Property & Casualty insurance experience with demonstrated sales or leadership success. • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and influence outcomes. • Professional designations such as CIC, CPCU, CRM, ARM, or CISR are preferred.
