📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end design, development, and optimization of Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Aura, LWC, and advanced automations. • Serve as the primary technical authority, guiding architecture decisions and ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards. • Design and implement REST API integrations to connect Salesforce with external systems and data sources. • Mentor junior and mid-level developers, providing technical oversight, code reviews, and skills development. • Drive performance tuning, scalability planning, and solution optimization for large-scale implementations. • Collaborate with global teams of analysts, project managers, and developers to deliver solutions that meet both technical and business requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience in Salesforce solution design and development, including Apex, Visualforce, Aura, LWC, and automation tools. • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and platform best practices. • Proven success delivering complex, large-scale Salesforce solutions, including release and change management. • Strong experience building and optimizing REST API integrations. • Advanced English communication skills for daily collaboration with a global team. • Ability to lead, mentor developers, set best practices, and drive architecture decisions in global, fast-paced environments.
