📋 Description

• Begleitung der Teilnehmenden bei Onlineweiterbildungen schriftlich und telefonisch • Überwachung der Richtlinien, Dokumentation von Anwesenheiten und Lernfortschritten • Organisation und Durchführung von Willkommens-Videocalls • Vertragsmanagement: Klärung von Fragen mit Teilnehmenden und Kostenträgern • Mentoring der Teilnehmenden, Erkennung von Potenzialen und Unterstützung bei persönlicher Weiterentwicklung

🎯 Requirements

• Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen • Einschlägige Erfahrung in der Kundenbetreuung oder im Customer Success • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Eigeninitiative • Idealerweise Kenntnisse in Bereichen wie Projektmanagement, Online Marketing, Finanzbuchhaltung oder Anwendungsentwicklung • Train the Trainer oder Ausbilderschein (AdA-Schein) ist ein Plus, aber keine Voraussetzung
