📋 Description

• Play a central role within the finance team • Work independently on ongoing accounting tasks • Manage accounts receivable • Actively contribute to month-end closing processes • Bring accounting experience and a strong numerical aptitude • Support the development and digitization of our financial processes • Independently handle accounts receivable, accounts payable and general ledger accounting • Account assignment, review and posting of incoming and outgoing invoices • Responsible for the entire invoicing process • Regular reconciliation of open items and resolution of outstanding balances • Professional written and verbal communication with internal and external stakeholders • Support contract management as well as documentation and filing processes • Assist with preparatory payroll accounting • Manage the entire dunning process • Direct communication with customers to resolve payment arrears • Implement measures to improve cash flow

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial/business training (ideally trained tax clerk) • At least 2 years of professional experience in (financial) accounting • Very good knowledge of accounts receivable & accounts payable processes • Initial experience with month-end closing is an advantage • Confident user of DATEV or similar accounting systems • Excellent German language skills, written and spoken (C1/C2) • High reliability, accuracy and the ability to work independently • Strong numerical aptitude & precise working style • Proactive, responsible and structured approach • Strong communication and teamwork skills • Enjoys professional development and new challenges
