• Lead the design, documentation, and evolution of the Retirement Solutions platform • Define, Document, and Standardize Platform Practices • Engage and Harmonize Feedback Across Field, Operations, and Workplace Solutions • Drive Integration and Adoption of Platform Tools • Manage end-to-end lifecycle of platform projects • Provide leadership and direction for team members supporting platform enablement
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus • 8–12 years of experience in product/platform operations, enablement, or retirement/financial services • Strong program/project management skills with experience leading multiple system initiatives • Expertise in Salesforce, Fi360, Power BI, and related tools • Excellent communication and change-management skills; able to drive adoption across field and internal teams • Data-driven mindset with demonstrated success using dashboards, reporting, and metrics to guide decisions.
