📋 Description

• Oversee client delivery and relationship management for global benefits practice • Serve as primary point of accountability for global benefits consulting engagements • Ensure exceptional client satisfaction, strong retention, and consistent growth of portfolio • Act as trusted advisor to multinational employers and coordinate with local brokers, carriers, and vendors • Provide leadership and mentorship to global consultants, analysts, and support staff • Establish best practices, workflows, and tools for high-quality client delivery • Collaborate with sales and leadership teams to expand global capabilities • Ensure compliance with global regulations and track revenue for assigned clients

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in global employee benefits, consulting, or insurance brokerage • Proven track record of leading multinational client relationships and teams • Strong understanding of global benefits structures and compliance programs • Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed, client-centric environment • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or professional designations preferred.
