📋 Description

• You develop our feature communication and transform it into email sequences and landing page copy that not only inform but persuade. • You analyze target audiences and competitors to continuously improve our customer journey — from the first click to a loyal customer. • You build scalable processes that leverage AI tools for copy generation, A/B test variants and audience personalization. • You support the scaling of our content, using AI tools effectively to manage content creation with high efficiency and top-level quality. • You write ad copy and other texts grounded in conversion psychology that deliver measurable results.

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in online marketing with a focus on content & funnels (preferably in a SaaS or high-growth environment). • A deep understanding of conversion psychology, audience analysis and copywriting. • Hands-on experience using generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper) for copywriting, email sequences and landing page optimization. • Proficiency in prompt engineering at a level that reproducibly delivers high-quality results — not just trial-and-error. • Ability to set up AI-supported workflows that scale content production without sacrificing quality. • Structured, independent working style and a fast learner with strong grasping ability.
