• Help Onepilot’s clients’ customers resolve their issues • Complete e-learning training for the respective clients • Use the client-specific knowledge base • Respond to customer inquiries by email, chat, or phone • Work from home • Resolve customer tickets
🎯 Requirements
• You’re comfortable with new technologies • You enjoy solving problems and are curious and proactive • You enjoy communicating, both in writing and verbally • You’re available to work at least 20 hours per week • Complete e-learning training for the respective clients
