📋 Description

• As a Onepilot agent, you work as a freelance contractor helping our clients' customers with their issues. • After completing e-learning training for your clients, you will receive access to a knowledge base for each individual client. • Onepilot's technology and these knowledge bases enable you to respond effectively to customer inquiries received by email, chat, or phone. • You will work from home and be paid for each resolved ticket. • The price per ticket depends on the ticket's complexity and your location.
