• Own and evolve the product growth roadmap, with clear OKRs, leading indicators, and accountability for measurable outcomes (activation, retention, expansion) • Collect, analyze, make recommendations, prioritize, and address product and customer needs that align with organizational goals • Drive with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to ensure successful product launches and market adoption • Synthesize competitive intelligence, market signals, and customer behavioral data to sharpen positioning and prioritization • Drive product innovation and manage the lifecycle from inception to bring products to market • Oversee product-related deliverables and launches, which may include PRDs, metrics, budgets, forecasts, pricing, performance measures, and launch activities • Own, understand, influence, manage expectations, and build relationships with cross-functional teams and partner collaborations to achieve product objectives
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a related industry • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proven ability to develop product strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.
