📋 Description

• Lead a team of Project Managers responsible for delivering projects across OSV service implementations • Provide strategic oversight, resource allocation, delivery governance, and operational leadership • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to customer success • Partner with the PMO Director and cross-functional leaders to optimize delivery frameworks and standardize processes • Drive portfolio-level delivery health, talent development, and continuous improvement • Own the project portfolio, PM assignments, workload balance, and alignment to business priorities • Execute portfolio-level delivery assurance, identify systemic risks, and drive organizational mitigations • Standardize governance practices and audit adherence across PM-led projects • Own operational delivery metrics, analyze trends, and improve delivery predictability and efficiency • Lead PMO tooling and process improvements • Resolve cross-service and cross-team conflicts • Build PM talent pipelines through coaching, development plans, and advancement-readiness assessment • Set expectations for PM behaviors, operating norms, and delivery quality • Address performance concerns proactively • Sponsor and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance scalability, quality, and customer outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • 8+ years of project management experience, including 3+ years leading or managing a team of project managers • 2+ years' experience managing HCM, Payroll, Payroll Tax, or Benefits application implementations • Demonstrated experience with portfolio-level oversight, resource allocation, workload balancing, and delivery governance across multiple concurrent projects • Working knowledge of Human Resources, Benefits, Payroll, and Payroll Tax • Experience in a BPaaS, SaaS, or professional services delivery environment • PMP Certification or equivalent project management credential • Preferred: Experience within the Workday ecosystem • Preferred: Prior people management experience including performance management and talent development • Preferred: Workday Certification • Preferred: Familiarity with Rocketlane or similar project delivery/PSA tooling
