📋 Description

• Responsible for maintaining tax profile data for OSV customers • Act as primary point of contact for customers regarding systems, basic tax inquiries and tax applications • Manage cases for assigned customer teams • Maintain customer information by updating on internal systems • Support and manage proactive customer cases regarding Workday data/configuration anomalies • Provide feedback to leadership regarding missing FAQs or customer knowledge • Review and analyze employee and employer level Payroll Tax data on behalf of customers • Meet quality and production metrics • Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of customer service experience • Working knowledge and language of Payroll and Payroll Tax • Experience with multistate business tax registrations and/or licensing is highly desired • Associate degree in related field preferred • Payroll outsourcing experience preferred • Previous experience with TaxEx OR Workday, PeopleSoft or other ERP HR/Payroll systems/applications preferred
