📋 Description

• Build and deploy AI-driven products that accelerate clinical trials and improve patient outcomes • Develop advanced ML models and LLM-powered agents for patient recruitment, enrollment forecasting, and study feasibility • Expand AI knowledge base architecture to support innovative solutions • Build robust data pipelines and deploy models at scale using cloud tools and MLOps best practices • Use Python, Clojure, AWS services, dbt, Prefect, CI/CD automation, and monitoring to ensure reliable, up-to-date models • Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, designers, engineers, and domain experts to integrate AI capabilities into the StudyTeam and Care Access platforms • Stay current with ML/AI developments and turn prototypes into production features

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience building and deploying machine learning solutions in production at scale • Experience implementing end-to-end ML pipelines from data ingestion to model serving • Proficiency in Python and its ML ecosystem, including pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch • Experience working with large datasets and writing complex SQL queries • Experience with modern data processing frameworks • Experience with modern cloud infrastructure such as AWS or similar • Experience with containerization tools such as Docker • Familiarity with MLOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and model performance/data drift monitoring • Strong understanding of machine learning fundamentals and statistical modeling • Familiarity with NLP and large language models • Ability to devise effective, efficient, performant, and maintainable ML solutions • Passion for accelerating clinical trials and improving patient outcomes • Must abide by organizational security and privacy policies • OneStudyTeam is unable to sponsor work visas at this time
