• Translate email requirements into compelling, high-converting designs • Implement email designs technically in Klaviyo • Take primary responsibility for email design • Develop from a pure designer into a Klaviyo expert with a strategic understanding of CRM • Gain a holistic understanding of email marketing, including segmentation logic, automations, and cross-channel customer journeys • Evaluate designs with a focus on performance, conversion, and customer retention
