📋 Description
• Partner with P&L lead and Operations teams to support event finances. • Support the P&L lead of each assigned event to ensure they have clear and concise information for decision making. • Conduct quantitative analysis of operational and financial data. • Identify, consolidate, and manage reporting data from multiple sources. • Provide weekly variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior year. • Perform month-end close activities. • Ensure weekly cash flow requests are accurate.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field, or equivalent experience required • 3+ years of progressive experience in Finance and analytics • Advanced Microsoft Office experience, particularly Microsoft Excel • Strong experience in accounting, finance & budgeting • Event experience • SAP/Netsuite accounting software knowledge • CPA (or qualified through experience)
