• Conduct individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy sessions • Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans • Provide support and psychoeducation to clients and their families • Submit accurate and HIPAA-compliant progress notes • Stay up-to-date with research and developments in cultural competency and mental health • Participate in professional development and training opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Licensed in NY, NJ, FL, CT, CA • Licensure in additional states welcome if independently licensed • Understanding of cultural nuances and their impact on mental health • Organizational skills and attention to detail • Creative and interested in developing a specialized therapeutic point of view • Leadership skills and desire to continue therapeutic growth • Interest in training and supervising
