• Perform bookkeeping tasks with accuracy and attention to detail • Manage monthly closes and ensure timely reporting • Support future services such as bill pay, invoicing, taxes, and general back-office accounting functions • Collaborate directly with the internal team to build efficient workflows and client support systems
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of accounting experience, with strong knowledge of accrual accounting and US GAAP • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is a must • Experience with Xero is a plus, but not required • Experience in US tax is a plus, but not required • Familiarity with tools like Bill.com, Ramp, or similar platforms is a bonus • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment • Self-starter who can take initiative, solve problems independently, and adapt quickly to evolving needs
