âą Own features from implementation to production within a well-defined product scope âą Build and maintain robust Ruby on Rails systems used at scale âą Work closely with product and other engineers to solve real user problems âą Write and maintain automated tests (unit, integration, and E2E) âą Improve performance, reliability, and maintainability of existing systems âą Take responsibility for the quality and long-term health of what you build
đŻ Requirements
âą 4+ years of professional experience with Ruby on Rails âą Strong backend engineering skills and database experience âą Solid experience writing and maintaining automated tests (including E2E) âą Experience building and running production systems âą Comfortable working autonomously and taking ownership âą Strong problem-solving mindset, you look beyond tickets âą Experience with Web APIs âą Availability during EMEA working hours. âą Nice to Have âą Experience with React âą CI/CD experience (GitLab, Jenkins, or similar) âą Background jobs, AWS, or complex integrations âą Experience with Capybara
