• Lead client onboarding and implementation processes, including conducting needs assessments, creating project plans, and directly configuring the software to ensure successful product adoption • Conduct regular project status meetings with clients and internal stakeholders • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, development, and support, to ensure client requirements are met and expectations are exceeded • Provide ongoing customer support and training to ensure continued product adoption and satisfaction • Monitor and analyze client feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement, and proactively recommend solutions to enhance the customer experience • Partner with Knowledge Management to develop and maintain internal and external training materials, including product guides, FAQs, and best practices • Ensure customer data and information is accurate, up-to-date, and secure • Stay current on industry trends and technology advancements, and make recommendations for improvements to enhance the client experience
• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business, Computer Science, or Communications • At least 5 years of experience in SaaS platform implementation, preferably in a client-facing role • Strong project management and communication skills • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously • Experience with software implementation methodologies and tools • Strong understanding of cloud-based software and infrastructure • Ability to quickly learn new technologies and software platforms • Familiarity with tools like Google Sheets, Excel, SFDC, Domo, Pendo, JIRA, GuideCX • Willingness to travel up to 30% based on client needs
