📋 Description

• Source, screen, and interview applicants to build a diverse pipeline of qualified candidates • Create a positive hiring experience and communicate candidate assessments to hiring managers • Support strategic and immediate department hiring goals • Maintain applicant tracking system accuracy • Proactively source candidates through professional networking, social media, cold-calling, and other methods • Manage candidate contact, inquiries, expectations, and applicant notifications • Provide status updates, reporting, and other information to coworkers, supervisors, and hiring managers • Collaborate to evaluate and improve departmental procedures • Promote the company’s employment brand through external hiring events • Provide hiring and onboarding support, conduct weekly hiring calls, streamline communication, and liaise between department heads • Ensure managers follow correct processes for adding positions and obtaining approvals • Assist with compensation approval, interviews, and feedback on hires • Travel as needed for hiring events and meetings • Perform other tasks or assignments as necessary

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in human resources or related field (preferred) • 3+ years’ Human Resource experience in talent acquisition or recruiting • 3+ years’ recruiting or onboarding experience • Excellent track record sourcing and qualifying candidates for various positions across levels and backgrounds • Enthusiasm for frequent cold-calling and other outreach • Success filling lower- to senior-level positions in a fast-paced environment • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Strong relationship-building, verbal, written, analytical, and interpersonal skills • Understanding of strategic issues impacting the business • Proficiency in Windows applications: Word, Excel, HR Office, and various applicant tracking systems • Ability to travel as needed to assist with hiring events and meetings
