📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain features for serverless web applications across the full stack • Own implementation plans for moderately complex tasks and drive scalable, maintainable solutions • Write clean, testable, and efficient code optimized for performance and observability • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to improve system reliability and scalability • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers • Mentor junior engineers on well-defined topics • Participate in DevOps processes, including CI/CD workflows, containerization, and observability • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align features with customer needs and business objectives • Learn new skills and integrate best practices • Utilize serverless technologies for instant scalability

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience • Proven experience developing and maintaining scalable, maintainable software applications • Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages • Familiarity with Django and React • Hands-on experience with APIs, databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL, and frontend development • Knowledge of cloud development, such as AWS or GCP • Knowledge of DevOps practices, including containerization, CI/CD workflows, and observability tools such as Datadog or Grafana • Ability to collaborate, learn proactively, and mentor • Ability to identify gaps in requirements, ask clarifying questions, and deliver features aligned with business objectives
