📋 Description

• Build and ship iOS app features and interactions end to end • Contribute product ideas, not only execute specifications • Design and analyze A/B tests and act on metrics • Improve development workflows, tooling, and team use of AI • Work directly with design and product in a flat, collaborative structure • Support customers and stay close to their experience • Own real app surfaces used by millions of people • Maintain a high standard of polish and craft

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years building iOS apps • Work demonstrable through live App Store apps • Deep Swift, SwiftUI, UIKit, and Combine knowledge • Comfortable across the iOS toolchain • Strong attention to product and UI details • Personal workflows for working with AI, continuously improved for yourself and your team • Experience at an early-stage or fast-growing startup • Experience taking ownership beyond formal job responsibilities • Comfort with ambiguity and independently resolving it • Understanding of what makes a feature succeed, beyond functionality • Bonus: macOS, watchOS, WidgetKit, and other Apple frameworks • Bonus: experience training or fine-tuning models • Bonus: A/B testing and analytics experience • Bonus: own apps in the App Store • French is a bonus
