📋 Description

• Lead the technology strategy and product roadmap. • Evolve the architecture of distributed systems, data pipelines, and real-time processing. • Define the data + AI + intelligent automation roadmap. • Build and develop the engineering, data, AI, and infrastructure teams. • Ensure a scalable, secure, observable, and performance-oriented architecture. • Connect technology with growth, marketing, and global expansion.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a CTO, Head of Engineering, or Technology Director • Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, or a related field • Strong expertise in: distributed systems, event streaming, and low-latency architectures • Data architecture, data pipelines, and data journey (ingestion → processing → activation) • AI / Machine Learning / predictive models applied to product • Cloud (AWS / GCP / Azure), Kafka / Pub/Sub, Aerospike, ClickHouse, Redis • Strategic vision and results-driven leadership • Fluent English (interaction with European team)
