📋 Description

• Define and drive analytics strategy in partnership with executive leadership • Shape long-term KPI frameworks tied to patient outcomes, provider performance, compliance metrics, and operational scalability • Support regulatory reporting needs and align analytical frameworks • Clean, organize, and analyze data using SQL for trends, patient engagement, provider performance, and quality measures • Ensure alignment across data definitions, reporting structures, and metric calculations • Identify risks related to accuracy, audit readiness, and healthcare requirements • Support critical reporting for quality, operational, and compliance initiatives • Anticipate analytics impacts and recommend data adjustments • Develop predictive models and forecasting using SQL, Python, R, or similar tools • Design senior-level frameworks to evaluate operational delivery initiatives • Build scalable, reusable data models for enterprise-level reporting • Serve as a strategic analytics partner across Finance, Operations, Clinical, and other functions • Translate non-technical stakeholder needs into structured analytical plans • Lead presentations that synthesize complex data into strategic recommendations • Elevate standards for data quality, reporting rigor, and analytical methodologies • Mentor senior- and mid-level analysts in technical and business acumen • Identify gaps in data collection, governance, and reporting processes and implement scalable improvements

🎯 Requirements

• 7–10 years of professional experience ideally focused on analytics, strategic stakeholder engagement, and business decisions • Hands-on data analytics experience, preferably in healthcare, telehealth, or highly regulated industries • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field required • Expert-level SQL proficiency with hands-on daily use in an advanced developer capacity • Strong experience with Python or R • Advanced experience with BI and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Zoho Analytics • Strong understanding of healthcare operations, compliance considerations, and regulatory reporting environments • Proven ability to work independently in ambiguous, high-stakes environments • Demonstrated experience influencing executive-level stakeholders • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into accessible language • Ability to clarify ambiguous business requests into structured analytical plans • Ability to deliver high-quality executive presentations • Strong technical depth and interpersonal effectiveness • Comfort managing urgent, high-visibility requests in a fast-paced healthcare environment • SQL skill assessment through CodeSignal as part of the interview process • Preferred: experience with multi-state healthcare operations • Preferred: familiarity with HIPAA, healthcare compliance frameworks, or regulated environments • Preferred: experience supporting board-level reporting or investor analytics • Preferred: experience building enterprise KPI frameworks tied to patient outcomes and operational efficiency
