📋 Description

• Own end-to-end developer adoption for OpenZeppelin's Canton stack, accountable for Contracts Library integrations and Reference Implementation deployments • Create technical content (tutorials, guides, Daml examples, video walkthroughs) for each milestone release and maintain Canton documentation • Run quarterly community sessions and provide hands-on coaching at Canton hackathons, conferences, and incubators (2–3 trips/year) • Supply technical substance for co-marketing with partners like ChainSafe, and track adoption signals (integrations, forks, deployments) to report against program milestones

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5+ years of hands-on experience in Developer Relations, Developer Advocacy, or a similar role, including demonstrated end-to-end ownership of a developer-adoption outcome (not just content or event execution). • 1-3+ years of experience working in the blockchain industry, with a strong technical background. • A proven record of producing engaging, high-quality technical content across various channels, and of setting content and adoption strategy rather than only executing it. • Solidity/EVM fluency, which is the bridge for the Ethereum-native developers Canton is actively targeting. You'll translate familiar EVM patterns into Canton's Daml-based, privacy-preserving model. • Experience delivering technical workshops, presentations, and live coding sessions at conferences and community events.
