📋 Description

• Builds, cultivates, and stewards relationships with established and prospective regional corporate and foundation donors in support of the approximately $1.6M regional revenue goal. • Manage all aspects of the moves management process for a portion of the portfolio which the RDM is the primary relationship manager for. • Implement the broader OH development strategy in partnership with the greater development team. • Helps draft and maintain the regional revenue pipeline and updates the Senior Regional Director of Development on a regular basis. • Performs other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Non-Profit Management, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field preferred, master’s degree a plus. • 3 years’ experience in non-profit fundraising and marketing desired • Experience with military families and programs preferred. • Experience with grant writing preferred • Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE) preferred. • Microsoft Office 365 • Valid Driver’s License • MVR – Motor Vehicle Report (annual) • Criminal background check
