• Lead the completion of customer security questionnaires (SIG, CAIQ, VSA, or custom formats). • Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Product, and Engineering to gather and validate accurate responses. • Maintain a central repository of security and compliance documentation (policies, certifications, standards). • Support RFP/RFI processes for security, compliance, and data protection delivering timely, accurate responses. • Act as the go-to expert for explaining the companys security posture, certifications (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR), and risk management practices. • Create standardized templates and processes to streamline recurring responses and documentation. • Liaise directly with customers and prospects during security due diligence and reviews. • Track and report recurring questions or themes to improve internal alignment and external messaging.
• Bachelors degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). • 2-5 years of experience in Security, Compliance, Risk, or Technical Pre-Sales roles (ideally in SaaS or B2B). • Proven ability to manage security questionnaires, RFPs, or compliance documentation. • Understanding of security frameworks and standards (SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR). • Strong writing and communication skills able to simplify complex concepts for non-technical stakeholders. • Excellent organization, attention to detail, and project tracking. • Experience working in startup or remote-first SaaS environments. • Background in Sales Enablement or Customer Trust functions. • Comfortable working cross-functionally across technical and client-facing teams.
