📋 Description

• Plan & execute a growth plan for organic traffic and revenue while focusing on customer value • Strategize the new content needed to meet our AEO/SEO goals while optimizing existing content that delivers results already • Educate and provide regular feedback to writers on headlines, keyword usage, keyword analysis, and related aspects of AEO/SEO • When needed, roll your sleeves and do some of the writing/editing yourself • Drive mentions and visibility for Opinion Stage across leading websites, forums, and social channels. • Design, implement, and iterate experiments to increase traffic/ranks • Audit and measure our AEO/SEO development, implement changes to prevent rank losses in line with search engines & LLMs • Develop competitor gap analysis, including link analysis/anchor text distribution • Keep up-to-date with relevant AI tools, and verify they are fully integrated into our processes • Push forward video initiatives that drive reach & growth • Other things you will suggest (-:

🎯 Requirements

• Strong writing skills (must-have) and a good understanding of buyer psychology • An expert in all forms of AEO/SEO: onsite, offsite, content, and technical • 3+ years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of organic traffic increase/improvements in rank • Strategic, have demonstrated project management experience, and have a well-rounded digital background • Analytical mindset, ability to digest big data sets and present insights & recommendations • Solid understanding of web analytics, algorithm changes, and the nuances of links within the SEO ecosystem • Deep understanding and experience with Google Search Console and Google Analytics • Savvy with writing & SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Frase, etc. • Experience in project managing the development and execution of an organic growth roadmap • - High focus on the bottom line – getting more paying subscriptions from organic channels
