📋 Description

• Source and close strategic partnerships with marketing agencies, developers, coaches, and B2B service providers. • Build repeatable partner outreach processes using CRM and AI-driven tools. • Negotiate referral agreements that create measurable value for both parties. • Nurture and grow existing partner relationships, ensuring consistent communication, value delivery, and pipeline contribution. • Coordinate follow-ups, reporting, and meeting cadences to ensure partner engagement is consistent and aligned. • Create and maintain partnership content, pitch decks, use cases, referral workflows, and success stories. • Track partnership KPIs and ROI, reporting insights weekly, and suggesting optimizations. • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and leadership to align partnership strategy with business growth targets.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or a related field. • 1–2 years of experience in partnerships, business development, marketing, or customer success. • Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills, with excellent follow-up abilities. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment. • Familiarity with CRM tools and outreach platforms is a plus. • Process-oriented mindset with attention to detail. • Business development or partnership management experience in a B2B digital agency, eCommerce, or SaaS environment preferred. • Skilled in using CRM + outreach automation to build scalable workflows. • Familiar with sales/BD frameworks like cold-to-warm conversion, referral loops, or channel development.
