📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted partner to Optiv’s clients • Design pragmatic Identity Governance, Digital Access Management (MFA/SSO), Privileged Access Management and Identity Orchestration security solutions • Participate in the Identity Field Center of Excellence and align Optiv services with technology partner solutions including SailPoint, Saviynt, Ping, Okta, Cisco, CyberArk, BeyondTrust, and Delinea • Maintain advanced knowledge of client security environments, business operations, security needs, and risk appetite • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities, qualify leads, manage proposals, and follow opportunities through closure • Articulate how Optiv’s technology and services portfolio meets client needs at senior leadership level • Drive services and technologies business to meet or exceed quota objectives • Track industry trends and provide thought leadership, support, analysis, and guidance • Collaborate with service delivery teams to develop domain specialty materials • Develop security strategies and roadmaps aligned with business goals, budget, metrics, and ROI • Maintain advisory relationships with client stakeholders in conjunction with sales partners • Drive complete security programs through networking, requirements gathering, technology selection, demonstrations, evaluations, and cross-organizational solutions • Partner with internal Optiv teams to align client expectations and ensure service delivery excellence and client satisfaction • Identify emerging technologies for internal enablement and client exposure • Promote Optiv’s portfolio and security awareness at speaking events, partner events, and through social media • Share client feedback with internal teams to support continuous improvement • Participate in account planning, forecasting, pipeline management, proposal management, contract creation, and RFI/RFP responses • Pursue personal development through education, certification, and other avenues • Advance sales techniques and assist in finalizing sales

🎯 Requirements

• BS/BA or equivalent and applicable work experience • Minimum of eight (8) years in an information security role, preferably as a consulting advisor, architect, or engineer focused on Identity Governance, Digital Access Management (MFA/SSO), Privileged Access Management and Identity Orchestration • Strong business and technical acumen • Ability to lead technology-focused discussions • Strong presentation, written, and oral communication skills, including whiteboard sessions and other presentation mechanisms • Strong attention to detail for reviewing statements of work (SOWs), quotes, and client deliverables • Broad security-related knowledge and continuously expanding expertise across other portfolio domains • Vendor-specific certification(s) focused primarily on specialty • CISSP, GIAC, CISA, CISM, CCSP or other relevant professional cybersecurity certifications • Experience speaking and evangelizing technology vision at events • Previous experience leading an information security function or program • Organizational membership and participation in chapter meetings such as ISACA, ISSA, etc.
