📋 Description

• Own international Hot & Cold piping solutions end-to-end, from idea generation through innovation roadmap, strategic projects, lifecycle management, documentation, commercial support, and training • Develop and execute the global product and segment strategy • Manage and optimize the Hot & Cold piping portfolio and value propositions • Manage lifecycle and performance for the Manholes and Inspection Chambers portfolio • Identify opportunities for new business and solutions • Consolidate cross-regional needs into clear product requirements • Lead innovation projects and align cross-functional and multicultural teams • Coordinate new product launch activities and ensure product readiness • Monitor market dynamics, regulatory changes, and risks • Enable sales with tools, content, insights, and training • Ensure compliance with global standards and certifications

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in strategic product management, ideally in Hot & Cold piping, HVAC, or Heat Transfer • Experience working as an inclusive collaborator in a large international matrix-led organization • Multicultural experience and ability to work effectively in a truly international environment • Ability to analyze market needs, customer value, and product lifecycle to drive decisions • Experience in solution-based selling and project-driven environments • Strong presentation and communication skills • Technical affinity and comfort working with engineering teams • Strong analytical and planning skills • Fluent English required • German-speaking ability is a major advantage
