📋 Description

• Consult on SEO, GEO, and CRO strategy for up to six great brands • Convincingly take the lead on organic strategy as a credible, trusted expert • Act as a peer advisor, partner, and friend in these relationships • Design holistic content strategies that achieve specific, business-relevant goals • Curate buy-in around your plans with in-house specialists, executives, and investors • Prove results using data, leveraging tools like GA4, GrowthBook, and Google Sheets automations • Thoughtfully guide your team's activities, including specialists in content, code, and analytics • Collaborate with other Strategists through a common, centralized process

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with SEO and conversion topics • Account-facing relationship management • Technical SEO: audits, site architecture, experiments, etc. • Creative SEO: keywords, content strategy, linkbait, etc. • Conversion Optimization: varied testing, analytics wizardry, etc. • Openness and curiosity around AI while maintaining critical thinking • Possess (or acquire) Google Analytics 4 certification • Organized, meets deadlines, leads others to do the same • Communicate complex ideas simply and kindly • Write at a professional level that stays in alignment with the AP Style Guide • Mastery of tools like Google Workspace, Screaming Frog, Semrush, and Google Tag Manager
