• Provide over the phone consecutive interpretation services in a variety of settings, including medical, emergency, legal, social, and customer service environments. • Accurately and effectively convey messages between speakers of Korean and English. • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times. • Research and prepare to ensure a thorough understanding. • Remain culturally sensitive and aware. • Be punctual, professional, and reliable. • Familiarize yourself with our company policies and procedures.
