📋 Description

• The Solution Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions that align with our client's business objectives. • As a Salesforce Solution Architect, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, understand business requirements, and translate them into effective and efficient Salesforce solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years as a Salesforce Solution Architect with experience in end-to-end implementations including from scratch. • Salesforce integration experience, including between different business systems and working with integration tools. • Exceeds at advanced Salesforce configuration, process automation and implementation activities following Salesforce best practices. • Exceptional client handling skills – able to work with all levels within the client portfolio. • Proven experience in overseeing the direction, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions. • Excellent understanding of the capabilities and limitations of declarative configuration and when Apex and Visualforce should be used. • Salesforce Certifications required and should be open to getting certified. • Good written and spoken English (B2 level or higher) • Must have previous experience working with US based companies • Located in Costa Rica and legally authorized to work (citizen, resident, or valid work visa) • Comfortable working from home with a reliable internet connection
