• Help develop case strategy and advance business and commercial litigation matters • Research legal issues • Prepare persuasive pleadings, motions, and briefs • Support discovery and analyze evidence • Help prepare for depositions and hearings • Collaborate with colleagues and communicate with clients • Keep assigned matters moving forward
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years of business litigation experience • Business litigation experience preferably in a law firm setting • North Carolina or South Carolina bar license • Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and organizational skills • Independent, adaptable approach and confidence to take initiative • Strong academic credentials are preferred • Must reside within 75 miles of the office supported
